Over 400 jobseekers flocked to the Lahat Jobs’ Job Fair in Doña Carmen Heights Commonwealth Ave, Quezon City on August 3, 2024.
The jobs are mostly blue- and pink-collar jobs. Many are quality inspectors, drivers, telephone operators, production workers, sales collectors, housekeeping, condo cleaners, electricians, warehouse, receptionists, cashiers, and more—some offer direct hiring. There are also white-collar jobs such as accountant, marketing assistant, admin staff, office staff, and more.
About 15 hiring companies participated in the fair, including Foundever, J&T, Pru Life UK, In Life, Megaworld, and Padi’s Place.
According to data from the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Quezon City chapter, 37percent is the success interview rate and 16 were hired on the spot.
This is the second Job Fair of Lahat Jobs in Quezon City. The first was in Barangay Bagbag last July where 20 percent were hired on the spot.
Several partners of Lahat Jobs were also present at the event, such as PESO Quezon City representative Mr. Jon Tito and NEZCO President and CEO Mr. Jan Marc Coztales.
