The First Celebration of LAHAT FOOD on Philippine Korea Cultural Exchange Festival 2023
The Philippine Korea Cultural Exchange Festival 2023 united Filipino and Korean once again.The 32nd celebration of cultures and friendship was held last September 30, 2023 (Saturday) at Robinsons Manila.

The festival was presented by United Korean Community Association in the Philippines in collaboration of Manila Korea Town Association. Aside from that, the success of the event was also with the help of private and government organization. This includes Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines, the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines, and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. LAHAT FOOD was very honored to be part of this most-anticipated celebration.

The Diverse and Most Vibrant Korean Cultural Exchange
Aside from Filipinos, foreigners also participated in the festival. They had witnessed cultures, foods and good-fellowships behind differences. Moreover, LAHAT FOOD gave giveaways like free seaweed, Korean snacks and Korean merch.
While other participants who joined Experience Programs get a grasp of cooking Korean foods. This includes kimchi, rice ball and songpyeon rice cake. They also had a chance to create Korean calligraphy, and traditional Korean games.
Additionally, participants watched the splendid performances from Paul Ensemble and The Grasshopper. While performance of Yodel Lady, who flew all the way from South Korea, left an splendid impression with her audiences. There were also performances from K-POP, P-POP and Filipino cultural groups. The festival was concluded by a majestic parade happened at Manila Korea Town by 3 PM.

K-drama craze is on as the ‘Jumong’ star Kim Seung-su attended the Philippine Korean Cultural Exchange Festival 2023 as the festival’s ambassador.
On his Instagram post, he said that he was delighted to introduce Korean food culture to Filipinos. He also said that this was his first Chuseok holiday celebration abroad.
